Pork Chop with Tarragon ala Oyz

So here I have tried it with pork chops, and it became very popular in the family.
This recipe is intended for two people, if there are more, just increase the amount in proportion to the number of people.

  1. Hello Oyz! I finally tried your recipe! It was delicious! But it took more time because my pork chops are thicker. 😊 I am looking forward to more recipes with tarragon. I used the dried leaves and I still have a lot remaining. 😉

Yes, I see I forgot to mention that time depends a little on the thickness of the cutlets.
There are a couple of other chicken recipes there with tarragon.
But there will be more when I get experimented a little.
